TotalPOS Solutions and TotalPOS Rentals
The Cash Register Doctor was formed in 1989 and began by repairing cash registers. Sales of new cash registers, eftpos terminals, PC point of sale equipment followed soon after and by 2000 the company had grown to be the largest specialised point of sale provider in the South Island.
In 2004 we set up our own specialist POS rental company, TotalPOS Rentals, so that our customers who preferred to rent their POS systems would no longer have to deal with a finance company.
In 2008 The Cash Register Doctor adopted a new trading name, TotalPOS Solutions, to reflect the our focus on all aspects of Point of Sale equipment.
We now have a staff of 15 point of sale professionals with over 200 years of industry experience who are dedicated to providing our customers with a full range of products tailored for their needs. We provide comprehensive after-sales service and support to ensure that the systems we sell keep pace with business growth and changing requirements.
