As of Friday 3rd December, TotalPOS Solutions will be implementing a policy that requires anyone entering our premises or meeting with our staff at another location to be fully vaccinated. We are taking this step at the request of our staff to help protect themselves, their families, and our customers from Covid-19.
All visitors to our office at 7/100 Fitzgerald Avenue, or meeting with our staff at another location are required to do the following:
- Present proof of vaccination via a Covid-19 pass issued by the NZ government.
- Sign in using the Covid-19 tracer app or our manual sign in register.
- Always wear a face mask.
- Sanitise hands on entry.
If you are unable to adhere to our Policy of masks and Vaccination Passport, we have a collect / drop-off option during our office hours.
In addition, there is a “Table” where we can effect both drop off/collection and place the EFTPOS machine on for payments.
In addition to this, all TotalPOS staff members are required to be fully vaccinated and have a vaccination pass issued by the NZ government, wear face masks when meeting with non-TotalPOS employees, and sanitise hands regularly.
Where this policy prevents meetings that would otherwise have occurred, we have virtual meeting technology available as an alternative.
We will have a contactless drop off/pick up area for anyone who is unable to meet the above requirements.
