We have on call technicians rostered around the clock to provide 24 hour, 7 day support, 365 days a year.
As part of our rental contracts we can offer on-site service for our local areas (see our map below for our on-site service area). This means that we will come to your business to get you up and running again promptly.
Not local? We still offer 24/7 phone support for customers outside of our on-site service area. If we can’t get your terminal operating over the phone, we will send out a replacement terminal via courier.

We are based in Christchurch, on Fitzgerald Ave. Our office hours are 8:30am-5:30pm Monday to Friday.
We have a fantastic team of 11 staff members, with years of experience and knowledge. We love seeing our customers and are happy to discuss any of your needs with you either over the phone or in our office. We encourage you to come in and see us and meet our team.
