22 February 2011 Earthquake Update
We now have a temporary office set up which will be operational from Monday 28th February. Please take all precautions when starting to use your POS and eftpos equipment as there could be danger from exposed wires. If you are in any doubt, please call us before switching on any equipment.
We ask that you only call us for problems that stop your business from running – in a few days we should have support in place for less urgent requests and we will post a message here when we have done this.
We have arranged for paper rolls to be delivered direct from our supplier to you from Monday 28th Feb. There will be a 2 day delay between placing orders (which must be for full boxes only) so please allow for this when placing orders.
